The defect

As a result of excessive movement and vibration, the fuel pipes under the vehicle may become damaged, resulting in a diesel fuel leak.

If the damaged pipes cause diesel fuel to leak onto the road surface, this could increase the risk of an accident and/or injury to vehicle occupants and other road users.
