The defect

The hose inside the sheath of the throttle opening Bowden cable may get stuck inside the throttle control, resulting in stiffening or locking of the throttle control assembly.

If the defect occurs, the motorcycle may continue accelerating, posing a potential accident hazard to the rider and other road users.
