The remedy

Subaru will contact registered owners by mail at their last known address, requesting the owner make an appointment at their preferred Subaru Dealer for replacement of the left hand rear window glass free of charge. For further information, contact your nearest Subaru dealership or the Subaru Customer Relations Team on 1300 550 994 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm AEST).
