The defect

The bolts that fasten the drive plate to the torque converter may become loose or detach due to insufficient fastening on Automatic Transmission (AT) or CVT.

The hazard

This may lead to an abnormal noise, or in the worst case the detached bolts could lodge in the drive plate cylinder block area, which may cause the engine to stall and not be restarted.

The remedy

Suzuki Australia will contact all affected consumers via mail.
