The defect

A small leakage of coolant fluid may occur during engine warm-up under certain driving and climate conditions, such as high acceleration or engine load immediately after cold start, especially in cold climates. A warning message will appear in the display.

The hazard

In the worst-case scenario, this may result in an oil seepage, causing a smell or smoke. If the oil seepage reaches a hot surface this could result in a slow developing fire within the engine compartment.
