The defect

Labels provided on lever type jacks, as well as relevant Owner's Manual Instructions supplied in new model Audi vehicles in Australia since 1992, did not fully comply with the labelling requirements of the mandatory Australian Standard AS/NZS:2693/1993.

Contact your authorised Audi Dealer to arrange for the replacement of existing jack labels with labels complying with the Standard as well as supply of a locally printed Owner's Manual Supplement containing jack usage instructions specified in the Australian guidelines.
