The engine may stall under deceleration due to an improper setting of the Electroninc Control Unit (ECU).

The remedy

Kawasaki will write to owners of affected vehicles.Owners are advised to return the affected vehicles to thier original selling dealer if possible, or alternatively any authorised Kawasaki dealer, who will perform the necessary repairs free of charge.
