The defect
A pin securing the brake pedal connecting rod could disengage and eventually fall off. This could cause a total loss of main brake function without prior warning.

The remedy
Call an authorized BRP Can-Am roadster dealer and make an appointment to have the roadster repaired. The dealer will perform this work at no charge to the consumer.
