The defect
The indicator stems need to be replaced due to incorrect material composition causing the turn indicator stems to fracture after a short period of time.

If the defect occurs, the driver will not be able to indicate their intentions and this may pose a hazard to the driver and other road users.
The remedy
A letter is being sent to affected owners.Consumers should contact their nearest Triumph dealer to arrange for replacement of the current indicator stalk component for one of the latest design on all affected motorcycles.
