The hazard

It is possible the visual indication on the seat latch is misaligned and the latch may not engage properly. This could cause the occupant to be insufficiently restrained during a crash, which increases the risk of injury.

The remedy

Owners will be notified and instructed to take their vehicle to a Land Rover dealer who will inspect the second row seat mechanism. If required, the dealer will fit the correct specification components.
