The defect

The weld nuts for the child restraint anchor fitting may be missing at both the driver's and passenger side rear restraint point. There should be 3 usable points. This violates Australian regulation (ADR 3 34).

The customer may not be able to correctly install a child restraint, increasing the risk of injury if fitted.
