The defect

Due to improper routing during assembly, the wiring harness leading to the vehicle’s horn may become damaged or disconnected. As a result, when the steering is operated at its limits the horn may not function afterwards.

The hazard

If the horn does not operate as intended, this could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to the rider and other road users.

The remedy

Owners of affected motorcycles will be contacted in writing by Mojo Motorcycles. Owners can also contact their nearest authorised CFMOTO service centre, to have the wiring harness inspected and adjusted, free of charge.
