The defect
Due to a hardware defect, the high voltage battery may discharge whilst charging the vehicle. If this occurs, it could overheat leading to a vehicle fire.

The hazard
A vehicle fire could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users, bystanders and/or damage to property.
The remedy
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted by Bentley Motors asking them to arrange an appointment with their authorised dealer as soon as possible to have the vehicle software updated, free of charge.Note: Owners can continue to use their vehicles.
