The waterproof seal inside the speed sensor may break down, which could cause the speedometer to cease functioning.

The speedometer may cease to function, causing the driver to exceed a safe speed. This may lead to an accident or pose a hazard to other road users.

The remedy

A letter is being sent to affected customers. Return the vehicle to your local Isuzu dealer to have the speed sensor replaced. For further information, contact your local Isuzu dealer.
