The hazard
The caliper slide may impact the suspension arm before the brake pads are completely worn out and before the pad sensor triggers a dash warning light, which may increase the risk of an accident and/or occupant injury.
The remedy
All affected owners should take their vehicle to their nearest authorised IVECO dealership where the rear brake calipers will be inspected and rectified. For further information, please contact IVECO Trucks Australia on 1800 4 IVECO (48326).
