The defect

Deviations in the manufacturing process of the moulded fuel hoses can cause problems including uncontrolled fuel leakage at the bends or at the ends.

The hazard

If the defect occurs, fuel may leak from the motorcycle, exposing consumers to hazardous fumes and posing a potential fire hazard.

The remedy

The vehicle should not be ridden until inspected by an authorised KTM dealer.The professional check can be carried out by authorized KTM dealers only.Without delay consumers should contact an authorised KTM dealer to make a workshop booking.
