The defect

In heavy rain the seals of the front doors may allow water to enter the door cavity.

The hazard

If moisture enters the door control unit, the automatic reversing function of the power window assembly may be impaired and thus the risk of injury may be increased. Also, there is a danger of a short circuit and risk of fire.
