The defect

The right rear seat's belt bracket, used for fastening the child seat to the ISOFIX holder, may be missing. In this case, the child seat will not be securely fastened and attached to correct specification.

The hazard

If the seat is not securely fastened, the child may not be adequately restrained in their seat, which may result in serious injury or death to the child, in the event of an accident.
