The defect

The hazard
If customers continue to use the vehicle while the hoses are in this condition the hose will come adrift from the connector. This may cause a fuel leak, posing a fire hazard.
The remedy
Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted directly. Owners are requested to contact an authorised FUSO dealership to arrange for a replacement injector fuel return hose to be fitted.
