The defect

The outer steering arm bolt, that secures the steering arm to the knuckle, did not receive sufficeint heat treatment during the manufacture process.

The hazard

The bolt could potentially fail, dislodging the steering arm and in the worst case scenario, disable the vehicle's steering ability.

The remedy

Contact your authorised Isuzu dealership in order to have the outer bolt replaced free of charge.
