The defect

Due to a manufacturing defect, in vehicles fitted with a dual control system the electrical terminals to the dual control relay may not operate as intended. If this occurs, it may lead to a loss of throttle pedal and head lamp functionality resulting in a loss of vehicle control and poor visibility.
