The bonding between the multi-layered paintwork around the window apertures may not conform to adhesion specifications.

The hazard

There is the potential that as the result of an accident, bonding between the window and window aperture may fail, resulting in the window coming loose from the vehicle and increasing the risk of injury to the vehicle occupants.
