The defect

The fuel pump module wiring harness may come in contact with the frame of the rear seat base. This may affect the operation of various fuel system components, in a worst case scenario the fuel pump may stop operating resulting in the engine stalling.

The hazard

A stalled engine may result in a hazard to the vehicle occupants and other road users.

The remedy
