The defect

The rear-brake caliper pistons may contain trapped hydrogen gas that could be released into the vehicle’s brake system.

The hazard

If gas is present in the brake system, rear-brake performance may be reduced, increasing the risk of a crash.

The remedy

Holden will contact all affected owners and advise them to contact their nearest Holden dealer to arrange an inspection and repair of the vehicle.For further information consumers can contact their local Holden Dealer or Holden Customer Care on 1800 632 826.
