The defect

Fuel hoses on specific motorcycle VINs may be faulty, which could cause a fuel leak.

The hazard

Should a fuel leak occur, escaping fuel could cause damage or may lead to a fire.

The remedy

Consumers will be contacted by direct mail and should contact their nearest authorised KTM dealer to arrange an inspection and repair of their motorcycle.
