The defect

The vehicle may suffer reduced brake performance and/or a spongy low brake pedal due to a sticky valve within the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).

The hazard

If the defect occurs, the braking performance of the vehicle will be reduced, which poses a potential crash hazard.

The remedy

If you believe your vehicle may be affected or if you require any further information, please contact your nearest Holden dealer or call the Holden Recall and Rework Assistance Line on 1800 632 826. This service operates 8am to 7pm EST Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm EST Saturdays except National Public Holidays.
