The defect
Over time, the brake calipers may experience corrosion in the caliper bore area. This corrosion could result in the pistons dragging in the caliper bore.

If this condition remains undetected it could lead to increased brake drag, posing a risk of accident and serious injury to the rider and other road users.
The remedy
