The defect

The clutch pedal adjustment may be too high. This condition will apply excessive stress to the pedal which may result in a fracture after prolonged use.

The hazard

If the defect occurs the driver will not be able to disengage the clutch to select or change gears. This may pose an accident hazard.

Holden will write to all affected customers to notify them of required action.
