The defect

Certain vehicles may have been fitted with an incorrectly sized fuel pump O-ring seal during a service operation.

The hazard

In the unlikely event that a vehicle should roll over during a crash, there may be a potential for a fuel leak to occur. This may lead to an increased risk of injury to a vehicle occupant and may potentially pose a fire risk.

The remedy

GM Holden will write to all affected customers to notify them of required action
