The defect

The electronically unlocking door locks may have been installed with an incorrect operating lever. As a result, the front driver's hinged door, the load compartment sliding door and the right rear-end door could be impossible to open from both the inside and the outside of the vehicle.

The hazard

In an emergency, the escape route via the right side of the vehicle cannot be guaranteed. There could be a heightened risk of injury to occupants of the vehicle.
