The defect

The park brake operating lever can jam if inadvertently actuated when already placed under upward tension. In this case the park brake lever could be incorrectly interpreted by the driver as being in the engaged park brake position. It is possible for the lever to release unintentionally and the vehicle to roll away.

Contact local dealer to have a small spacer washer fitted to the base of the park brake operating lever to avoid incorrect operation.
