The defect

A certain number of our Dennis Eagle vehicles may have, during the course of having a modification carried out to improve steering geometry, not had the correct torque applied to the fasteners on the steering arms (both upper and lower). If failure occurs to these fasteners, loss of control of the steering of the vehicle can occur.

The hazard

This condition may potentially result in loss of control of the steering of the vehicle, possibly causing an accident.

The remedy

Letters are being sent to affected owners.When you contact your selling dealer, refer to campaign number FSDE12. The repair will take a maximum of 1 hour and will be performed at no charge.
